The right canopy fabric is not simply the most expensive option. It should match the climate, cleaning routine, brand requirements and target price of your market.

Start with the environment

For permanent sun exposure at hotels, pool decks and restaurants, solution-dyed acrylic is often chosen for color stability and UV performance. For promotional products or shorter seasonal programs, UV-stabilized polyester can provide a practical balance of performance and cost.

Consider the whole specification

Fabric weight is only one part of the decision. Coating, weave, color fastness, water resistance and the way panels are cut and sewn all influence the finished product. Buyers should also confirm cleaning instructions and warranty expectations.

Ask for the right sample

A small swatch helps with color, but a finished canopy sample shows tension, seam construction and the way the material behaves on the selected frame. Approve both before production.
